Glad to have stumbled across this video! Finally a yoga video that gives you an actual workout. I wobbled a bit and sweat quite a lot. Actually, i find that Fiji's videos challenge me a lot and i also enjoy it :)

What a challenge! I know any class on this site taught by Fiji McAlpine is sure to give you a workout, but this was the most challenging one I've done on here yet. I felt like it really moved me out of the rut of doing the same poses without truly improving. Thank you for the wonderful class. I really do feel rooted after that.
