Great cueing into crow pose, which I managed to do on one of the rare occasions! Thank you!
This class starts out with a nice flowy movement that feels so good! Josh's cues for positioning are great. I am not very practiced in Wild Thing and Leg Crow pose and was very careful with them, and will build up to the positions over time. Tutorials would be great to watch first. I also have tight hamstrings and was mindful of keeping a bend in my knees and tightening my abs to get into the forward fold, and then relaxing into it with bent knees. Thank you Josh - keep your classes coming.
