Amazing how one can hear similar suggestions many, many times but then the specific & simple cue at the right moment plus helpful encouragement...leads to a much clearer crow! The focal point just ahead and starting much higher on the arms helped me hold it way more effectively today and that felt great. Thanks Josh! Can't wait to keep learning from you.
