Prenatal Power Flow
This prenatal yoga class is designed as an alternative to the normal, slower prenatal classes that are out there. It's for moms who have a strong yoga practice and have not lost that strength or stamina in the first trimester of their pregnancy. The poses are modified for a pregnant body so a mom to be can flow without worrying if the pose is on the "allowed" list.

Wow... not only the best prenatal class I have taken, but also one of the best yoga sessions. Well put together, no mistakes in wording or missing anything on either side (pet peeves of mine). I feel amazing, this hit every spot I needed it to hit. First digital class I have wanted to download, I will be doing this one for the rest of my pregnancy. Please do more :)
Hi Fiji,
I love this class and have really enjoyed it so far in my pregnancy. Now that I'm getting to the end of my second trimester is still ok to do Cobra? I'm struggling a bit with this and so think I need to cut it out. Also, how about boat? My core feels a tad vulnerable so I thought I'd best check.
