I loved your cuing, how you started with movement right from the beginning, your use of deer pose as a transition into pigeon, and all of the different ways you accessed the hips. Once I got to flying pigeon, it felt so much lighter and higher, and jumping back felt much more accessible and graceful. My only criticism is that I wish the practice was 15 minutes or so longer! Thank you for a delightful practice!

I really loved this class. I am a fan of Rachel’s older classes too but very much enjoyed the quicker pace and the playfulness of this new class (while still containing the excellent alignment cues). It was just really fun. Looking forward to trying out some other newer classes from Rachel....

That's such a great observation! And, you know, I think part of the feeling of the style shift may be due to just filming more and becoming a little more playful on camera! I'm so glad that you have enjoyed the classes -and the occasional giggle ;)
