Tracey works elements of commitment into this fun, challenging power yoga class. The flow is creative with a wide variety of poses, including lots of twists, poses that demand core and shoulder strength, foot balances and arm balances. Of course, the flow between and Tracey's encouragement makes the class a delight to do, even though it's hard!

I found the lunge and ground work hard to follow, but then the balances were light and easy to follow. (?) Maybe this is one to attempt a second time to truly rate? Long classes are hard to fit in without giving up time for meditation and journaling, but I'll try to revisit.
I had a few moments where instruction was not detailed enough for me and got lost, but this was otherwise a very beautiful practice. Thank you, Tracey.
