Tracey works elements of commitment into this fun, challenging power yoga class. The flow is creative with a wide variety of poses, including lots of twists, poses that demand core and shoulder strength, foot balances and arm balances. Of course, the flow between and Tracey's encouragement makes the class a delight to do, even though it's hard!

Great practice! It took some motivation to approach such a long challenging practice. I had stuff all over the place popping and releasing. This also challenged my balance and flexibility. I did have a little confusion with knowing if we were on the left or right here and there. Bookmarked to try again!

Commitment was a key term for this class. Today was not my day, I am tense, bloated, and annoyed at my inability to do moves I usually have no issues with, but I stayed committed to finish and I feel great now that I have!
