David uses his combined experience and skill set as a massage therapist and yoga teacher to guide you through a highly effective Yoga for Athletes class that is designed to help your body recover from hard training or a game. There is no down-time in this class - David takes advantage of every available moment to help you target and release the key muscles around your pelvis, including your hips, hamstrings, quads and lower back.
