This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 13 of Total Body Flexibility And Health 14-Day Yoga Challenge For Men.

I'm confused. You said "exhale" twice when first presenting the moola banda breathing pattern. I'm assuming the first "exhale" was supposed to in "inhale".
Otherwise, this was an excellent video- I have pelvic floor issues well as lower back problems, and this is a very helpful sequence.

Ah, Ron - at last!! Pelvic floor awareness reminders - so important! Nice class - good on a hot sultry Aussie afternoon, as well as any other time. I like a bit of integration with qi gong. Here's to the wonderful Moola Bandha: foundation of well-being. Thank you.
I’ve not done many of Ron’s classes before. I love this one. Great hip stretches.
