I'm confused. You said "exhale" twice when first presenting the moola banda breathing pattern. I'm assuming the first "exhale" was supposed to in "inhale".

Otherwise, this was an excellent video- I have pelvic floor issues well as lower back problems, and this is a very helpful sequence.

Yes, I believe I slipped up on that one, generally access moola Bandha on the exhale.
