Join Ron in this beginner hatha flow class that focuses on stretching through the hips and pelvis, while working with moola bandha root lock, and breath, to release holding patterns and find more freedom.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 13 of Total Body Flexibility And Health 14-Day Yoga Challenge For Men.

Fantastic, novel and yummy class as always, Ron!
Wonderful for class for hip opening ! The cross legged pose is hard for me on the floor; your suggestion of a chair was so helpful. Eventually, I found that a 15” footstool offered great hip release for me in that pose.
Gorgeous, uplifting class. Love Ron's energy and the reminders of the importance of breath - and the tapping and self-soothing were wonderful especially in the twists. Thank you!
