absolutely loved this class. have been practising yoga for about 40 years, off and on, and now, at age 80 i've slowed down a bit, but still feel it's imperative to continue on. this class pressed all the right buttons...stretching, moving, focusing on breath, and so on. i am very very happy to have found this practice.
