Such a good class. The only thing I miss is the savasana - when I first started practicing yoga my teachers always taught me that everything we do on the mat is in order to get into savasana more deeply. It's always been by far the most challenging pose for me, I know these are shorter classes but having a one-minute or no savasana feels like skipping the moment where you absorb all your work.
Perfect start to the day - love that I can do these shorter classes in the morning before anyone else is up and kick start my day - focusing on me, the here and now. Loved the ending: "Can you sit, can you be, can you rest, can you accept".
