I may never be able to do full wheel, but this still felt amazing!
love these small and intense classes! but I always crave more.
Great playful flow this morning! However I think there was a balance/bind present the second time through the sequence (around 11:30) that wasn't done on the first side, which left me just a little unbalanced.
This program is such a wonderful practice about letting go - of toxicity, of limiting perceptions and more importantly making room for and opening to joy, peace and acceptance. I did this practice at 5:30 this morning and my limiting perspective about doing wheel pose so early almost kept me in bed under the covers. Thank you Tracey for a beautiful experience of flow to my favourite peak pose:) NAMASTE
