I actually give this 6 stars. Tracey at her finest. After this flow it is impossible to say with any seriousness “I just don’t have time for yoga.” All of the best of yoga in 20 mins. Lovely!! Would be so excited to see this concept expanded to a 60 min practice. Did I mention I loved this one?!?! Thank you!!
