Great short, slow, but powerful stretch

So great to have some new videos from Tracey! I've been doing her Intermediate classes for years and love them so. This class was short and fun, yet seemed to still get all the major muscle groups with a few unexpected moves for good measure. Wheel pose doesn't work for me but it was such a very small part of this class. Will definitely bookmark this. Many thanks!
