I've been practicing yoga for a few years now, but never had this kind of clear instruction about the ujayi breath. I look forward to incorporating it into all my vinyasa practices going forward. My body at the end of this practice was weighted with relaxation, melting heavily and restfully into shavasana. Loved this gentle and uplifting class.

Loved this class for a morning warmup. I’d like to see more of Christa’s classes in an intermediate range. Sweet voice and excellent instructions. Great class for any level.
