Nice way to learn more about ujayi breath and movement. Gentle class that makes you feel good
I like to go back to the basics and incorporate foundational classes into my yoga routine on a regular basis. This class is gentle, yet effective! I felt thoroughly relaxed and connected with my body by the end!
A nice gentle class for the middle of the week.
Excellent reminders of how I should be doing my sun salutations. Great to break it down into the individual elements, focus on the breath and good form. Crista has such a lovely manner - I was in a good mood before we even started :)
