If you're feeling sluggish, tired or unmotivated, this quick power yoga class will move you, shake you, stretch you out and make you feel more awake, alive and ready to take on your day! Although this vinyasa class packs a punch, it's a gentle intermediate class in terms of difficulty level, with lovely transitions from common poses such as warrior 1 and 2, chair pose and some core work at the end.

I loved the pace of this class. Felt the fire. :) Would love more vinyasa flow, but my core and legs felt challenged! Will have to take more time for savasana at the end, but Figi, as always leads a brilliant practice. Namaste.
Phhooo these exalted warriors were really at my edge... Couldn't go a second longer.
Lots of change in the class, I found it changing a bit too quickly in the warrior 2 poses.
I liked it a lot around the ending!

This yoga gave me an extra boost of energy. I didn't feel lethargic going in; I just needed a powerful, fun yoga session that was 30 minutes or less before I headed off to work. I liked this instructor. I have enjoyed every class I've taken on this website.
I'm a huge Fiji fan and this is her best class to date (in my humble opinion). I love every second of it especially the leg pumps in plank. Great end to a rough day!
