This was very helpful if I was having trouble with mobility.
I can't help thinking that these classes would be better advertised as senior for 70-75+ because if a person has done yoga before, and needs a refresher they are far too simplistic and easy for 55+ - 70 to 75 years.

I was thinking the same thing and considered switching challenges. I decided to stick with this challenge even though I have done yoga for a few years. I found today's practice valuable for a few reasons. It is simple but it is the underlying info that is valuable to me. I am approaching it with a beginner's mind!!
