Hip Flexor Heaven
This class targets the hips flexors, a common problem area for many, including runners, athletes, people with desk jobs and those with hyperlordosis. David guides you through a class that builds gradually toward a final series of deep openers for the quads and psoas muscles, starting and finishing with a guided relaxation.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 15 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

I am feeling very good now. Thank you very much David.
Niggling tight psoas brought me back to this video and I had forgotten just how wonderful it is! What a lovely relief! Thank you David!
I got a new car that really messed up my hip flexors after driving it for 2 months I felt sooooo tight and tender in psoas even just walking. This hit the area like nothing else....the car is going and this class 2-3 times for a few weeks should have me back on track
I’m a tennis player and my hip flexors are tight plus I have lower back tightness too. This class was wonderful and made me realise just how tight my hip flexors are. Really liked the pacing and length and think I will make this class a regular as it targets my tight areas. Learnt something doing the downward dog about using elbows as other folk have noted. Thank you David and thank you for Doyogawithme.
