A good class but very challenging for beginners. Something to aim for. More guidance on alignment and flow would’ve been helpful too.
Had to drop out of most poses. Really shows how tough this can get
This class didn’t really flow for me. I think I needed more instruction on proper form for most of these poses.
This was the first one I've had to quit in the middle. It provided something for which to aim in the future, though.
