Really challenging but I have felt my core getting stronger over the last couple weeks from this challenge. My wrists hurt more than anything in some of the later positions. May need to focus on strengthening them.
I usually pay less attention to my upper body, so this class was very good for me, even a bit challenging in some poses. Will do it again.
Very intense workout for the arms.
