whew! trying to strengthen after injuries! toughie!
I have carpal tunnel in both wrists so I found this class to be frustrating. I have alternate wrist positions that I try to use but then it was difficult to keep up changing my positioning constantly. I will try this again once my wrists are better as it is a great arm workout.
Very good instructions. I tried but just don’t have the strength.
