Grounding Yourself
This gentle hatha flow class with Josh is a slow-paced, breath-focused practice intended to get you out of your head and into your body. There will be an emphasis on mindful movement and body awareness. Note: It is recommended to have two blocks for this practice however this is entirely optional.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 8 of Total Body Flexibility And Health 14-Day Yoga Challenge For Men.

I enjoyed this class until you got to the last two stretches, which were too intense/painful for me to hold.
