I really enjoy all of your classes with their balance of mind and body practice. I thought initially that I'd clicked on a Beginner class by accident, but actually I really appreciated the attention to detail and there was plenty of challenge. It's definitely my favourite class so far.
GREAT great class really. A mix of philosophy, mindfulness and good physical practice. It is rare for me to find this balance.
I would have liked it maybe a bit more dynamic but on the other hand, I really liked the trajectory.I am grateful for this class!
