OMGosh Goodness, I have been waiting for you almost 5 years now. It's been a journey to work my body through yoga and you have given me yoga wings. This is not my first attempt at Yoga but this is definitely the most comfortable I have felt doing yoga. Thank you @doyogawithme It was time to have added a plus size version of yoga. Can I just say you have inspired me and now look forward to calling you my lunch break at work. :) Thank you for what you do.

No one has ever told me I have given them yoga wings before and this has put a huge smile on my face!! I'm so happy that this practice feels comfortable in your body and remember you can color outside the lines and continue to modify in any way that you need to. Once we get on board with the idea that our practice is there to meet us instead of us trying to shove our way in to it, the doors blow open and it's a whole new experience.
