Thank you, Helen. After 3 months of chemo this was the first time I was able to practice. I knew your voice and this class would be a perfect way to get back to my yoga. I cried at the end I was so happy. With gratitude. Namaste

This class is PERFECT!!! I’ve been having trouble with my legs and feet being sore lately. And after a super long day I just didnt’ have the energy for a long class. And I also didn’t want to push my legs and feet too far with a lot of standing (I’m a larger girl so I would be putting a significant amount of weight and pressure on them) so this class was exactly what I needed. It stretched everything out and just helped me relax. THANK YOU!!! Your classes are AWESOME!

Hello! You can definitely stick with your practice during pregnancy (though you should always chat with your doctor and make sure you are good to go), and it becomes so important to let your body guide you. If anything doesn't feel right, skip it! Whenever you hear a cue to engage the belly, for you that will only mean ten percent engagement so that you keep giving your belly space to relax and grow. It will eventually also become uncomfortable to lie on your belly, so modify and come on to your back or your side. A lot of the full bodied modifications I offer are all about making space for your body, so they will likely be helpful to you as your body begins to change. I would also encourage you to check out the wonderful prenatal classes that Do Yoga With Me offers, so that you will continue to feel comfortable and confident in your practice. Thanks so much!
