This hatha yoga class is all about taking the time for some gentle stretches without transitioning up and down. Staying low to the ground, this class is created especially for students working in bigger bodies and features a series of wonderfully satisfying poses, including a modified reclined twist and Sufi grinds.

Helen, I love your classes! This was especially welcome after doing a challenging class yesterday and being a bit sore. Great way to be gentle. I want to thank you for bringing a plus size perspective to the do yoga with me site. It’s great as a plus size woman to see instructors I can relate to. Also just you saying “lift your belly”.
