Just the best for me today! After a ski and a hot tub sit, to do this practice has made my entire body SING. Thank you. I am also getting back to yoga after a big toe fusion, so am adjusting so many poses....
Love the cactus arms movement. Gentle pace and fluid practice. Not too strenuous but still engaging muscles. Lots of cues to make the practice fit your body. Thank you Fiji!
