In Fiji's 2nd class in her 4-part series on preparing the body for forearm balance (pincha mayurasana), she helps you work with the demand that forearm balance has on your core strength and how the strength creates the solid base that you need to do this challenging safely. It's a tough pose to master so take your time learning the technique and testing your body's limits.

After 3 kids my core seems to have gone a wall. This is a doable class that I actually like . With the sunshine on Figi's face and the encouraging words ," don't worry we are almost done" this is a good way to start my day!! Thanks for your kindess and fabulous classes!!!
