Progressing from what you learned in Forearm Balance: Shoulder Stability and Mobility, she helps you work with the demand that forearm balance has on your core strength and how the strength creates the solid base that you need to do this challenging safely. It's a tough pose to master so take your time learning the technique and testing your body's limits.
