In 3 minutes, Fiji shows you how you can practice forearm balance with a friend. It's easier than you think and she teaches you everything you need to feel safe and confident getting up on your arms. It's a great way to challenge yourself without the danger of falling, and put to use all that you've learned in the three previous videos in this series: Forearm Balance: Shoulder Stability and Mobility, Forearm Balance: Strong Core and Solid Base, and Forearm Balance: Workshop. Apologies for the over-exposed video.

This was over pretty quick but just shows the simplicity of some things, in your mind you don't realise how easy this is but it's the minimal help with the maximum benefit to give you enough confidence to make it happen by yourself....that's what I'm aiming for anyway & im sure it'll be quicker than I expected;) Thanks DoYogaWithMe
