I think this would be a good evening class. Nice, slow flow. Did not get me energized as a morning class. Did get some kinks out & relive morning stiffness.

This class was exactly what I needed today. I.have been traveling and doing a lot of walking and carrying bags and not enough stretching. This really worked all of those places that were tight and tense. Highly recommend this. Thank you so very much Tracey!
