Maybe it was due in part to yesterday's workout, but there were some very good, deep groin/inner thigh stretches that were exactly what I needed today. This one is a keeper, especially for times when I don't feel like standing.

I have chronic joint pain from hypermobile EDS and I have returned to this practice again and again. It continues to be my go-to for when I need to enjoy being in my body instead of wanting to escape from it. I get instant relief every time. Thank you, Tracey!
