jus5 what I needed after a long flight
I did this as a stand-alone on a day when I needed a gentle, nourishing practice. It was perfect! Tracey really shines in this one. Now I want to try the full 22-day challenge :) Btw, there is no link to the challenge in the description, but it would be helpful to find it easily!

Thank you Tracey! That was just what I needed today, because I haven’t stretched enough while preparing for a 5K run. It felt great to be on the mat and the practice was restorative to me. It made me want to go back and do that entire series — and I probably will! XO Namaste

I am a student who usually wants less talking, more moving. With Tracey, I know I'm going to get more talking. Sometimes, that is what I need. All the time, I appreciate Tracey's heart and, when we do start moving, her instruction. This was an excellent class!
I love all of Tracey's classes. This was a wonderful slow flow for a day that I was feeling stiff from doing strength exercises the day before. It was just what I needed to slow down and really stretch out my shoulders, arms and back. Thank you for the perfect class for me today, Tracey.
I turned this off at 6.25 minutes of talk. It would be great if there was a way to hit a button and get to the beginning of the practice for those of us who are not wishing to be verbally enlightened. I'm not trying to be sarcastic or critical I understand that many people do enjoy the dialogue but I really just want to do yoga.

I encourage you to revisit this practice when you can. It was a beautiful inner hip opening practice with a lovely shoulder warmup. Sometimes that which we want to avoid is precisely what we need. Be well!
You can always skip ahead using your mouse. That's what I do. The movement parts are awesome, even if sometimes I can't focus on the vocal meditations. I feel that would be easier than having to choose a whole new video.
Excellent restorative stretching, great finale to a great challenge.
I came across this wonderful class by searching “neck/shoulders”. The “melting heart” does wonder to release the tensions in my shoulders and neck! Thank you so much!

Love this class. I appreciate Tracey's comments to remind me to continually check my own body and breath. I did not do the challenge and this class is fine as a stand alone practice. Just skip forward at beginning where she recaps the journey.
I love practicing with Tracey however, this class does not fit as a stand alone practice. It was difficult to get into the correct mindset as it was geared toward the completion of challenge, which I'm sure is a great wrap up but I did not do.
Really lovely way to end this challenge. I will revisit this class again soon. Thank you!

Another good challenge 👌. Personally like the audio instruction to bring back into the moment. Couldn’t do all due to time limit this go’round but will be back. Thanks Tracey!!
Very gentle indeed, more basic II IMO. Also, you can skip to 3:40 if you want to start the practice right-away
This class has too much talking for my taste. Overall, though, I really enjoyed the 22 day challenge and saved several classes to do again. Thank you DYWM!

I struggled with the belly resting phase, could there be an option for those of us with breasts?
Otherwise a relaxing class but my body was too cranky today to really enjoy it...

Love this class, except that all the dywm videos keep resetting to the beginning every 8-10 minutes.🙁 I hope it can be fixed- others have had the same issue (FB thread).

Thank you so much for this wonderful challenge. It was lovely to try some new classes including the pilates ones. It is such a nice feeling to have the high degree of confidence that I have with the DYWM teachers. Their knowledge, their commitment, their encouragement is so grounding. I am so thankful I found this site. I really love the challenges.
This challenge pushed me into new experiences like restorative breathing and Pilates. I would have benefited from an introductory/basics Pilates class before the challenging intermediate and advanced classes. I had to look at the screen constantly to follow instructions which strained my neck. The short class times (around 30 minutes) helped motivate me. Overall a great challenge and one I will definitely come back to!
