Love Josh's classes. This is lovely.
Generally, I love all of your classes but this particular practice didn't resonate with me. I kept with it and kind of did my own thing when there were poses too strenuous for me. This revved me up, which is also a good thing. And, Josh, by the way, when I watch your classes I always think that you could be Theo Saville grown-up (A Million Little Things). That's a positive comment. Thanks for your classes.
