Elevate Day 4
This class can be done as a stand-alone class or as day 4 in Fiji's 14-Day Yoga Challenge, Elevate. In this vinyasa flow, Fiji helps you learn to connect and move with your breath. Conscious breathing is one of yoga's most challenging and important skills. It focuses your mind, grounds your body and gives your practice rhythm and pace.

I'm loving the whole Elevate series! This class was a perfect morning workout. I wanted something challenging but not exhausting and this was exactly right!
Absolutely loved today's class!! This is the second 14 day challenge a group of us are doing through the Quarantine over Zoom and it has seriously lifted all of our spirits. Thank you for all of the encouragement and words as we work through the poses.
