Elevate Day 4
This class can be done as a stand-alone class or as day 4 in Fiji's 14-Day Yoga Challenge, Elevate. In this vinyasa flow, Fiji helps you learn to connect and move with your breath. Conscious breathing is one of yoga's most challenging and important skills. It focuses your mind, grounds your body and gives your practice rhythm and pace.

As always, Fiji gives us a challenging and soothing practice in a short period of time. While not as vigorous as some of her others, I still feel like my body has been utilized today. My mind is at ease. Namaste.
