Lovely, lovely flow, and I quite enjoyed peeing dog at fire hydrant! Wonderful stretches, and lots of moving and core work, too. All your classes are fun, but I always wonder how you manage to memorize the sequences so well, because they last quite long before you move to the other side ^_^ which is great for us, but more work for you? What a fun and challenging class. I loved the deep leg and hip stretches, this class really heated my body and that special breathing at the end, cooled me down. I will use that again :)
