In this fire class, Crista introduces you to apan mudra, the purification mudra, and to nauli kriya, a powerful cleansing exercise. Ignite your inner fire and cleanse your body in this practice that can either be done as a stand-alone or as part of Crista's 14-day challenge: The Elements.

That was challenging and yummy thank you Crista! :)
I loved when we incorporate mudras and chanting, is there a good chant to pair with this -- either at certain times or at the end?
Not my favorite of this series, although I've loved the Elements practices up until now. I found I was looking up at the screen to understand your instructions every few minutes, which became a little distracting.
Also, how are you doing those belly rolls? Either I'm missing something, or my body just doesn't do that.
Wow! Bookmarking this one. I have been needing fire in my practice. Lots to aim for here, and plenty of room for modification. My body and mind feel noticeably lighter.
I've been doing this challenge off and on for a few weeks, and I was putting this class off. The "Advanced" made me nervous, since I usually do Intermediate II-III at most! My bird of paradise was a little bit wilted and I had to laugh at my flailing during some of the boat pose/ ab work section, but otherwise I was really happy at how accessible and delightful this practice was. Christa is easy to follow, upbeat, encouraging and a little silly. I know now I can trust her to meet me where I am, even when it's (gasp) "Advanced." Thank you!!
