In this intermediate flow, Fiji invites you to dig deep into your commitment and determination to show up in any way you can on your mat. The class offers different levels and variations in some key poses to allow for in-the-moment responses to the body's needs. This practice is intended to strengthen your ability stay committed to daily practice and to allow the practice to tune into and meet your needs one day at a time.

Slow and gentle yet strong and stretchy. Hit lots of tight spots with slow, focused breath, stretches, and opening. I will bookmark this and come back to it often.
I feel especially open after this class, in my lower back, in my shoulders and neck, and in my mind! Thank you Fiji, I came into this class unmotivated and with a headache and I leave this class feeling restored (and with a slightly less prominent headache)

Wow, just wow! I was exhausted (difficulty keeping my eyes open) and to be perfectly honest, somewhat dreading an hour long practice. But it was fabulous!! So mindful and a nice slow pace. Feeling wonderful now and so glad I met my mat - and Fiji - this evening. Loving this challenge <3
