Thank you David! This was my third video and hit all the spots that cause me the most pain. I have trouble with keeping my sacrum aligned, which messes up my hips and low back and everything else by extension. Rocking the baby felt so good, and then the straight leg stretch using the strap to extend my legs away from my body was a huge release for tension built up from all that sitting... Thanks so much. Beautiful music, beautiful location. I even love watching you practice among the geese, haha. :)
When all I want is a gentle release of my hips, that tend to be tight due to running, this class is the perfect fit. I feel so centered and relaxed after this practice. Thank you.

This was the first video I've tried on this site and it was AMAZING! I recently started back exercising and have been having some lower back pain although, it is quite normal for me to suffer from pain in that area. This video helped tremendously with just one try! The entire time I kept saying "man, this feels good" and "I haven't had a stretch this good in a looong time"! Thanks, David! This was AWESOME!
