JUST REDID THIS CLASS AS PART OF THE 2024 CHALLENGE...BUMPED MY RATING FROM a 4 to a 5! Yes, still a bit fast in places but I adjusted. Thanks Eddy!

I was worried that I'd find the transitions too fast based on the other comments, but it was a nice flow and quite manageable.
Eddy does talk quickly, more quickly than the flow and movement so I tried to focus on the pose and transitions less than on the words. I liked the "next few breaths are your own" to invite movement.
Nice hip openers and balances.
