In this class, we will explore the mobility of the hips as we move through funky transitions between the asanas. The heat will build from within as we play around with our twists in-chair pose and eventually find the earth to find balance for the day.

Always good to try on a new teacher. Eddy's talking and practice is faster paced - with a good yin outflow / grounding in the end.
I got into his style, and look forward to more from him.

I cannot see how this can be considered a slow flow - it is quite fast paced. Also it I believe it should be rated intermediate II. Eddys Free beach flow is rated intermediate I and this is definitely more demanding.
