Wow, excellent class! After being out of practice for a few weeks, this was truly perfect to get my body to open and release again. It is deep, gentle, challenging, and slow. Perfect after a long day or right before bed. Tracey does an amazing job leading the class. I think its her best, yet! Thank you, Tracey!
Dear Tracey, this such a beautiful practice, so deep and gentle and it truly does help with breaking down the barriers. The movements, your kind way of asking us to be with what is there, to look directly at it. And at the end of this practice my hips open quite easily and my ankles sit deep on the mat with unusual comfort for me. I love this practice and the way you refer to the pockets of energy in the hips. I am so happy to have added this outdoor practice to my regular weekly yoga. Thank you and namaste.
