Thank you so much for this combination of classes !! This brings me so much joy! I learned new ways to get from the floor and how to do gentler sun salutations. This will make my yoga practice so much more enjoyable! I also loved your bright, encouraging vocals.

Loved this class! I'm working with a week-old sprained ankle, and this class was excellent for feeling out my limits and reconnecting with my body. I loved the instructor's humor and straightforward directions - she seems really experienced. I'd especially recommend this video to people who are brand-new to yoga, or who have had discouraging experiences in the past. Thanks! :)

This is a great class for absolute beginners. Helen goes into detail about many poses and alternates to poses. This class made me really focus on the finer points of these poses!

Love it, Exactly what i needed for my injuries. I have been doing yoga off and on for years and i usually figure out a modification on my own but i approached class with a beginner mind, which is always good. We all have our challenges, I just want to put it out there that regardless of what size your body is, if you are a beginner or dealing with sports injuries, totally check this class out, Thank you

Great practice that offers these bits and pieces of guidance through core poses to help bigger, slower, injured or tired bodies adapt poses and transitions. As an advanced beginner, I went at my own pace but listening to Helen kept me aware of minor adjustments I needed to make for a better experience.
