My pleasure Tony! Yes, balance can be very tricky and I have taken many tumbles in class (that's why I'm glad to have the extra padding!). You can always do this class with a chair for support or next to a wall as well so that you can have one hand out to steady you as needed. If I can help in any way, holler at me. Happy balancing! :)
