This class moves slowly through both half and full Sun Salutations, using props for support and accessibility. This class can be done as a stand-alone session to warm and stretch the body, or you can start with Absolute Beginner Series: From Sitting to Standing and/or a Absolute Beginner Series: Finding Your Feet.

this is a great exercise for people who are beginners are who cannot do the full sun salutation - so safe! It is really encouraging to see this and I hope it helps more people.
This is my first video with Helen, but I'll watch for more with her. This is a little too absolute beginner for me, but I loved her cues and adaptations.
