A Beginner Floor Practice
Helen helps you explore some of the basic elements of yoga while seated or lying down, helping you stretch, relax and release tension within a number of effective hatha yoga poses. You will see that this class is the combination of a few of Helen's shorter classes from her Absolute Beginner Series including: Finding Your Comfortable Seat, Meditation for Body Connection, Reclined Poses and Finding Your Savasana.
Good, but a bit jarring how this video was made from shorter videos spliced together.
Enjoyed it but felt that finding your seat and how to breath parts unnecessary and a waste of time.
What a beautiful introductory series. I am very grateful to have this series to reintroduce my very tight body to yoga after several years of not practicing. Thank you!
