A Beginner Floor Practice

Helen helps you explore some of the basic elements of yoga while seated or lying down, helping you stretch, relax and release tension within a number of effective hatha yoga poses. You will see that this class is the combination of a few of Helen's shorter classes from her Absolute Beginner Series including: Finding Your Comfortable Seat, Meditation for Body Connection, Reclined Poses and Finding Your Savasana.
