This class explores the ways in which you can get comfortable in savasana, the final (and possibly the most important) pose in our practice. We will follow our rest with a closing meditation. This class can be done as a stand alone or as a great way to wrap up any practice.

I really enjoyed trying out all of the modifications! I opted for the blocks with bolster and found it deeply relaxing. Looking forward to trying out a few more options for my next savasana!
A class “just” on savasana….love it! In one of Josh’s classes, he offers yet another variation with the bolster across (and on top of) the thighs. Surprisingly comfortable!
