Basics and Beyond : Balance
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 2 - Balance in Melissa's weeklong series: Basics and Beyond 7-Day Yoga Challenge. In this gentle but strong class, Melissa teaches you how to balance on your feet and on all-fours using your breath, core and leg strength.

Satisfying move with the blocks to incorporate balance. I find balance hard. I liked this. It was like a warmup to balance that took my mind off of balancing yet accomplished the goal. It made the next balance moves easier to get.
