Basics and Beyond : Breath and Basics
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 1 - Breath and Basics in Melissa's weeklong series: Basics and Beyond 7-Day Yoga Challenge. This is a gentle, full body practice that teaches you basic yoga positions and how to connect your breath to your core. It also introduces you to the different shapes that you will work into throughout this challenge.
